1.  Delivery Times
  • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 6-9 business days
  • Please note there will be a surcharge for Expedited and Express service to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We are working hard to provide more options of our delivery times!

 

2. About Your Shipment
  • Most in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
  • Items not in stock will be shipped as soon as they become available.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order.

 

3. Shipping Destination
  • At this time, the shipping methods above only apply to shipping within the United States. For international customers, you can contact us at support@thenovibox.com for a shipping quote.
  • For customers from 5 US territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), please also contact us at support@thenovibox.com for a shipping quote.

 

4. Tracking Your Package

Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting the appropriate shipping carrier's website and entering your tracking number.

 

5. Pre-orders and Backorders
  • We offer pre-orders for select products that are not yet available for sale. We will ship your order as soon as the product becomes available. Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellations or refunds unless the product becomes unavailable for purchase.
  • If a product is not currently in stock, it will be listed as a backorder on our website. You will be charged for the product when you place your order, and it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
  • If you’ve ordered other items in addition to your pre-order or backorder item, the rest of the order will ship separately.

 

6. Shipping & Service Delays

In the event that shipping carriers experience delays due to weather events or other circumstances outside of our control, there may be additional shipping time to receive your order. We will do our best to provide updates on the status of your order.

 

7. Order Cancellation
  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact support@thenovibox.com as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can not be cancelled.
  • If you missed the cancellation window, you can return your item in exchange for a full refund. Please see our Return & Refunds for more information on how to return an order.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable after dispatch.
  • If your order includes only pre-order or backorder items, you’ll be able to cancel up to 5 business days before the estimated delivery date.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and for any reason. If we need to cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.
