For products from brands or third-party vendors ("Brands") listed on our platform, we serves solely as a marketplace and will not assume any responsibility or liability regarding the legal compliance of these products. It is the responsibility of the Brands and third-party vendors to ensure that their products comply with all applicable laws, patents, and trademarks when selling in the U.S. or any other jurisdiction.
As a result, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from any intellectual property infringement by the products we offer on the website. Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Delivered within 6-9 business days
- Please note there will be a surcharge for Expedited and Express service to Alaska and Hawaii.
- We are working hard to provide more options of our delivery times!
2. About Your Shipment
- Most in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
- Items not in stock will be shipped as soon as they become available.
- Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order.
3. Shipping Destination
- At this time, the shipping methods above only apply to shipping within the United States. For international customers, you can contact us at support@thenovibox.com for a shipping quote.
- For customers from 5 US territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), please also contact us at support@thenovibox.com for a shipping quote.
4. Tracking Your Package
Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting the appropriate shipping carrier's website and entering your tracking number.
5. Pre-orders and Backorders
- We offer pre-orders for select products that are not yet available for sale. We will ship your order as soon as the product becomes available. Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellations or refunds unless the product becomes unavailable for purchase.
- If a product is not currently in stock, it will be listed as a backorder on our website. You will be charged for the product when you place your order, and it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
- If you’ve ordered other items in addition to your pre-order or backorder item, the rest of the order will ship separately.
6. Shipping & Service Delays
In the event that shipping carriers experience delays due to weather events or other circumstances outside of our control, there may be additional shipping time to receive your order. We will do our best to provide updates on the status of your order.
7. Order Cancellation
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact support@thenovibox.com as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can not be cancelled.
- If you missed the cancellation window, you can return your item in exchange for a full refund. Please see our Return & Refunds for more information on how to return an order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable after dispatch.
- If your order includes only pre-order or backorder items, you’ll be able to cancel up to 5 business days before the estimated delivery date.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and for any reason. If we need to cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refunds Policy:

If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund or replace the item at no additional cost to you. You need to provide the corresponding information within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report damage to us within the 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.

If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct item. The wrong item needs to be shipped back to us following the email instructions. There will be no additional cost to you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at NOVI BOX’s discretion, including determining whether an item is unused and undamaged, with the intent of providing the best experience to our customers.
Ineligible returns and refunds
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition and packaging.
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom or personalized items.
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items that are purchased with a discount higher than 20% can not be returned or refunded.
To ship your return
1. Start a returnContact us to request a return or refund through support@thenovibox.com. Please include:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return or refund request
- Pictures showing that the product is in its original condition and packaging (or showing that the product is damaged)
2. Return label
When your request is approved, you will receive an email that provides you with a return label and further instructions on how to return the item and process the refund.
3. Drop off Your Package
Drop off your package at the corresponding courier location. NOVI BOX is not responsible for any lost returns. Our return window is 30 days from delivery.
4. Get refunds
Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. You will be notified via email once processing has completed. We will refund the price of the merchandise to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Notes
- If we have not received the returned product within 30 days of the date when the refund has been processed, we will charge the full purchase price listed at the time of shipment to your credit card.
- In some cases, we may request additional information, including personal information, for verification purposes. Our practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
